Texas Trailblazers
Step back in time and discover the people who shaped the Lone Star State at our three-day Texas Trailblazers camp. Campers will explore Texas history through hands-on experiences, creative art and STEM projects, and interactive lessons that show how archeology helps tell the story of those who lived here before us. Each day highlights a different chapter of Texas’ past—from the Native American tribes of Texas, to the pioneers who braved the wild frontier, to the cowboys who drove cattle across the open range. Campers will get their hands dirty in our Pioneer Cabin Park, a living-history log cabin village, where they’ll harvest from the garden, learn how to preserve food, and take part in engaging presentations and activities. It’s an unforgettable journey through Texas history—full of discovery, creativity, and adventure.

Welcome to Neverland!
Set sail for a 3-day adventure full of imagination, creativity, and discovery at our Welcome to Neverland camp. Inspired by the magic of Peter Pan—and Weatherford’s own connection to Broadway legend Mary Martin, who played Peter Pan herself—this camp invites young dreamers to think big and fly high. Campers will dive into hands-on art and STEM projects, explore storytelling and creativity, and even learn the basics of stage sword-fighting from a special guest presenter. It’s a fun, high-energy experience where history, theater, and innovation come together—because in Neverland, growing up is optional, but having fun is required!
